James has held senior positions in scholarly & professional, medical, legal & regulatory and college publishing since 1976. In 1997, James registered his own scholarly & publishing and consulting company which transformed into eContent Management Pty Ltd in 2000. The company moved from Sydney NSW to Maleny QLD in August 2002, and now publishes and distributes 12 journals and over 250 books.
James has decades of experience in international journal and book publishing, online and in print, across the spectrum of company director, finance, strategic planning, budget setting and compliance, middle management, sales, marketing, acquisition, editorial, production, customer service, contracts, training, indexing and IT, in global, regional and national markets.
James graduated Master of Science & Society (University of New South Wales, 1990), with earlier degrees in Life Sciences (BSc, University of Adelaide), Philosophy (MAQual, Flinders University) and diplomas (Informatics, NOVI Amsterdam; Small Business Establishment, TAFE North Sydney). He has completed numerous company director, finance, marketing, HRM, IT, operations and change management courses with employers over the past 35 years.

Suzanne Cremen Davidson

A director and co-founder of eContent Management Pty Ltd, Suzanne is also the principal of Life Artistry, a vocational guidance practice grounded in the wisdom and principles of depth psychology.
Suzanne is a PhD candidate in Depth Psychology (Jungian and Archetypal Studies) at the Pacifica Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara, USA (www.pacifica.edu). She holds an MA in Engaged Humanities (Depth Psychology and Mythology) from the Pacifica Graduate Institute, and degrees in Law and Arts from the University of New South Wales. She is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Suzanne is a qualified careers practitioner, a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australian, and an accredited Myers-Briggs practitioner.
Throughout her career Suzanne has accumulated a wealth of expertise including holding the positions of General Manager, IIR Conferences, an international conference and events company; National Marketing Communications Manager, Minter Ellison, one of Australia's largest law firms; General Manager and Publisher of the Corporate, Commercial, Civil & Criminal division with global publishing company Thomson Ltd (Lawbook Co), and Business Development Manager for Lawbook Co.
In 1998 Suzanne was commissioned as project consultant by UNICEF and over 50 other children's organisations to orchestrate a national media campaign and produce Australia's first National Children's Summit at Federal Parliament House, Canberra. In 2007 she served on the board of Australia’s first National Interfaith Festival which won the grand prize in the Australian Multicultural Marketing Awards.
Suzanne has presented lectures, seminars and courses on career development, Jungian and archetypal studies, business communications and marketing in Australia and overseas. She has also introduced and facilitated the practices of meeting in circle and council within non-profit associations, companies, educational environments and a women’s spirituality group.
Suzanne is the President of the Queensland Jung Society (www.jungqld.com), a member of the International Association for Jungian Studies, the Australian Association for Psychological Type, and the Law Society of NSW.
